I've tried several differant bravo props and three differant P5X props and on my 2010 Heat the labbed Mercury Maximus 15.25x30 short tube is 4-5 mph faster at 3000 rpm's and 3-4 mph faster at full throttle then anything I have ran with no handling or planing issues.

The Maximus is the best prop on my boat it out performs any of the other props at cruise speeds and wide open. I know some people really like the Hydromotive P5x prop but they fail short at ever rpm on me boat.

Also I have never tried a stock Maximus but my guess is that with the stock diameter being 15.625 and having a long tube that it will have to much stern lift but I don't know that for sure.

Yes it is the st (short tube) and I am running a Mercury 600sci with a Whipple stage 2 upgrade so they claim it is around 730-740hp now.
