Here is a stupid question, does the ski hook I see in most pics of the 28' heat retract or romove, or does it stay up like that?

J454, it is bolted into a bracket in the engine compartment. I have no intention of using it and had a polished aluminum billet plug made to replace the post. It now matches the angle of the transom and looks sharp. Don't have any pics and can't send you one until the spring because the boat is shrink wrapped. I'm sure Nordic would do the same if asked, if not, I might be able to help...Steve
