I have been looking for a 28 heat for about a year now to no prevail. Would like 2001 or newer. Any power will work. Like to purchase before northern boating season starts. Contact if you have any info.

Try riverracerx.com. There are a few people on that board with 28's and there was one or two for sale. Not sure if they sold yet.
