Chris,
There seems to be some very happy customers over on Hotboat/Sandbar forum but to date they've only been on cats.
Problem is all of these 496 HO cats were under powered to begin with and were not able to lift. The Raylar has enabled them to get past that wall and when they do they pick up gobs of speed. There are some claiming 18 mph increases with the kit.
Well, we all know that the dyno proven 100 hp gain will net you a 6-8 mph gain on a single V.
It appears to be a very well engineered system that performs and installs well, but to date it's only had some unrepresentative claims (in my eyes anyway.)

This is the Design and color Combo that I desided to go with on my 05 Heat Mid Cabin.The Sundeck in the picture is not Correct it will be a different design with 2 colors (Much less Yellow). hoping to pick it up April 22nd in Havasu its going to be a 3260 mile round trip to get her back here to Minnesota......

BTW I was at the Nordic Factory 2 weeks ago and was able to get a picture of the V10

I went with the HO for now.........Planing on either a Whipple or Raylar next winter..........

540 Bent buddy, 540!! A couple of good things about a 540 are that you won't need to mess with the Raylar kit and that you can still do the Whipple next winter. Oh, and you'll be much faster now and then. And I know Bob has some red and yellow paint so it'll match the boat really nice!
