I received the invitation the other day. Question--Do you guys trailer your boats to the starting point or will you run them via the water from your Marina??

Trailer to coty marine. Get a transient slip so I can be on time at lobster shanty. Also leave truck and trailer there.

I assume you did this before, I'll look up Coty Marines Location. How far is Coty from Lobster Shantys? I guess it's time to break out the maps. Will Coty put you in the water or do you use there ramp? Sorry for all the questions... I got the NYC and the AC to Cape May area down pact just unfamiliar with whats in between ie. pt pleasant ,Toms River & Barnegat Inlet...lol

They have an excellent ramp,good at low or high tide. Puts you into silver bay just north of Rt 37 bridge. But ramp dosen't open till 9:00am and closes at 4:30 sharp.Thats why I get a slip.They also have a hoist if you need one. I don't know if there is a better place to go.

Really wish that we could have made this one. We didn't make any NJPPC events last year (except the AC Boat show bash), and we're going through withdrawal. (...or is it de-tox?) Have fun, everyone, and have a "Woo-Hoo!!" on us.

Helmuts are a great back up plan!

Do what I did this weekend. I prepared for getting wet. I had double of everything.

well gents and ladies...not worried about the weather now. may hav eto bag out due to mecahnical difficulties. left side lower has developed a crack along a previously welded crack. unsure if i'll have it back from welding shop in time. i'm reallllllllllllllllllllllllly hot !! :mad: :mad: :mad:
Its a 20" sportsmaster lower counter rotating fat shaft with 1.62:1's if anyone has 1 laying around.
