Do you change the winter and summer air in your tires because that winter air has been known to cause serious tire wear in July. :D

Just rotate the air! that saves all the tire wear! Where do you recycle that used air anyway?

Not only do I change the air, I put fragrance in it too. Really nice smelling stuff that matches the pink boat.

Why is it a bad idea? What good is 14qts sitting in the pan going to do for anything other than perhaps the pan?

With my setup I can pump clean oil through the entire motor including the oil coolers before I do the drain. So all the surfaces have clean oil.

Surface rust happens pretty quick so it's not a bad idea to give the motors a light fogging. I have a full cover for the summer so I don't need to shrink it. Although last year I was way to lazy to put it on after every use.

Make sure if you rotate the tires you keep the air spinning in the same direction. Otherwise you'll have to replace that air too.

And keep running the boat so when I'm ready to go all the stale gas has been bought and burnt by you. You're worried about me leaving the motors dry, I'd be more worried about running crap gas being the first one on the water. And with all those hours you had to fill up a couple of times already.

You must be getting old! You refer to how lazy you are in almost every post! And as for sending the wife out to get your parts , thats the best way to get out of the house , go get a part! If it's not at the grove or the mall mine won't go!

and being lazy takes all my time.

I just find it really hard to walk past the pool to pull the cover off the boat. Once I hear some boats running in the river I'll get motivated. But so far it's been pretty quiet.

Mr V. you just weren't listening hard enough. My trps. roared past Monmouth Beach twice this weekend ocean side. By the time you get the energy to pump some gas in that boat Chuck will have sold me two truck loads of 93. :evilb:  :evilb: :drink:
