Seems this part of NJ is limited with Marinas that provide good in and out service for Powerboats. So frustrating.
All I want is to be stored on an individual carpeted bunk, be close to the Ocean, and that the marina should have a good forklift that wont kill the bottom of the boat. Is that too much to ask for?

I want to be on a ground individual bunk. There are so few if any. I like to flush the motors when I'm done, last time I was at the Marina a boat came in they washed it right in the water (what about the bottom) and then put him in storage. I don't think they allow you to do your own work. My boat doesn't need any work at this time but I would like to do some of my own maintenance IE. change the oil etc... How the he@@ am I going to learn anything? It's also a 45 minute ride to the Ocean.
Last year I had them change the drive fluid and some other work $$$$ they wanted to charge me separate to pull the boat out and then put it back in the water (and after working on my drive, I couldnt put it into reverse or neutral).

I wish there was such a thing as a yacht club for powerboats. A pool, some cabanas, food, drink and a health club etc..
I called Channel Marina because a friend with a Searay said it was nice, they don't have in and out and don't allow that lift set-up like Panther has.
It's been difficult launching and now with the new baby it's even harder. I'll probably go to South Jersey where my brother-in law keeps his boat. The Marina agreed to set me up just the way I want to be. I'll be able to go out whenever I want and dont have to rely on a second person to guard the boat at the ramp.

I need to do more boating and partying and less worrying about how to get the boat in the water.
