Ok so whats up for this weekend? I know there's the sbi race in nyc. It's gonna be a brisk weekend on the water. If it's as windy as today I'm running around staten isl. I know billy is doing the 30 and under pr on hte barnegat. I gotta work sat for a little while in the am so I'm out on that. Friday night we're doing a end of summer booz cruise on the venture we do every year. Was supposed to be last fri but Earl skeered the boat capt. and never showed here anyway.

Satruday I hear it's supposed to be 80* and sunny with light northerly winds. I'm hearing low 70's and T-storms on Sunday.

I may take a ride up to JC to look at the raceboats and eat some lunch. If it's going to rain Sunday I'm not sure if I'll make the run up there.

I spoke with Billy D. last night, he wants to run again on Sunday... Hopefully the weather changes.

Billy stopped by today and mentioned up the hudson. We could use the rain but I could use a day of boating. I'll try and round up a crew for sat pm on the cruise tonight. I'd be up for JC lunch run for sure.

Glad I made the run up to JC yesterday, weather stinks today. We only saw like a 1/2 dozen raceboats, it was pretty pitifull. From Windansea to JC it took 24 minutes, coming home it took 22 minutes. :)

Water was flat as a lake, it was boring compared to last weekend.

At least the weather was nice!

Took Jack snapper fishing , not on the scarab , he cought a few. We hit the afternoon bite just right.

I couldn't believe how flat the Ocean was yesterday. We took a nice cruise back from Pt Pleasant & I don't think I came out of the water once. I'm beat though 6 1/2 more hrs on the boat yesterday up to 52 for the year a record for me.

Well, my season is over. It was a short one but it was still a good one. I'm looking forward to next season!
