I heard a rumor today that Paulies ( Havastraw ) my favorite early 90's boating bar & resturant has reopened under new ownership after being closed for over a decade. Can anyone confirm this ?

yes the resturant next to haverstraw marina is open. i believe they didnt get the liquer license yet but i think they are getting it soon.

As of Friday they had no liquor license, I tried!
