Wow, what a day it was today!!! I really hope all of you were out boating!!!

temp 75...ocean flat ...calm winds...not a cloud in the sky..the kind of late October boating day you dream of! I saw Billy and Chuck running back home in Long Branch around 2:30pm...looked like a boring ride being so flat....

Really nice of the marina to open up on Sunday to put some boats in and let others get gas!

Man we gotta get you into a mini, perfect for these days when you can sneak out for a blast while the barge is sitting in dry dock. :D

This weekend is River Rage, all the skiffs will be in again. Come on down, you can take one of the small boats out. :ernaehrung004:

I'm up for sunday , maybe a blast sat pm if ti clears out. Hope I can get out to the ramp with the breeders cup in town it's supposed to be like gridlock. If it's that bad I'll ride the bike over to blackberry park and check out the skiffs. Maybe Mr V will giv me a ride in the pink kayak . :boat:

Should have gone out sat night after the rain stopped!!! Yesterday was just blowing all day. Too bad for the skiffs . Went by the park after I heard them running from the house , seemed like a good turnout despite the wind. No sign of Mr V. or the pink kayak.

The bay was big and narly......even a 35'+/- sportfish was getting hammered Sunday AM... Wind had to be a steady 20-30mph early in the AM....and COLD! :hitfan:

I wound up staying home...mowed the lawn and rebuilt one of my superchargers.... The only part that sucks is that now all my winter projects are finished....looks like I'm going to be bored in Jan/Feb... :cool-smiley-027:

Maybe I'll do another bathroom this winter, at least it's inside work! :cool-smiley-026:
