is the shotgun start due to the crowded haddam ramp, or the river gestapo? i'll be at the OS ramp, USCG & DEP , grade "A" stamped and approved, sporting a 45 mph rev limiter and ready to cow-tow to the man..........can you get a ticket for giving someone the one finger salute?

Im launching with a firnex(dont know hwere) who has a 26 Sutphen with 225mercs. Ill be in a 21 Challenger. If you see us wave!:cool:

Boat runs fine thanks to you and Charlie from Mahopac Marine! It will be in storage by then, so I'll hop in the Progression.

Engine runs as of last night. I will see you guys at the ramp at 10:00! Cant wait.

Nope. 525 Saris Racing Engine XR Drivee. Will just hit 70 and loves rough water.

nice 70 from a single is pretty good running.

too bad you not bring ing that to the river run Id love to see the hull in person.

Yes we are going boating again .
Just an informal cruise on the river .
Oct 19 , no rain date .
It's a Sunday this year to accommodate the RHF&GC . (they own some of the beach)
We are saying launch where you want and we will gather at the beach just north of the Rocky Hill launch/ferry for pizza .
Most of the smaller boats might launch at Haddam like always .
Old Saybrook , Salmon River , Rocky Hill , and Wethersfield Cove are better choices for the larger boats .

That's true, that cops ticket wasn't lying. I wonder if you could scan that and get it into the 288 brochure and use it as a promotional tool. :evilb: Is Dave going to make it to this one? Need to get his info...I think his son was getting some good video of me running along side him.
