I going to be in Jamestown the last week of aug (for a week) with my boat . Any suggestions where to go? Newport, Block Island, and Marthers Vineyard is a cakewalk but any local knowledge on where to moore/dock/eat/ etc. once I get there? Any other suggestions? Thanks

You can swing by Bristol and pick me up! Its also a nice town to dock a grab a bite to eat.

I can tell you a ton... There is the Back Eddy in Westport. Come down there rive its the Reggata, and Like fountain said Bristol is Goffs, Aidens Pub and a little strip of eateries over there. Newport i always a hot sport. Melville grill is always nice. Go towards providence is Lobesterfest in East GReenwich or in Warwick is a place can remeber the name but could get it if wanted. And always is Prov its self with Fish CO. The wave and a fe others on the strip. As you said Block MV they wont let you in Nantucket you can assure that one. CuddyHunk is a stone throw but not sure whats out there anymore i do believe a bed and breakfast though. Anymore info let me know.
Hey Fountain i was in Block and saw the cig of yours i didnt get to talk to you but wish i had liek i said im alway son the river and only next town over. My buddy live in bristol always welcome to come down to the house.
