Ya Chris...thats me. Its a fun boat. Ive had it for a year now, the previous own took very good in the boat. Looking forward to beating it up alittle on Sunday !!!!!!!!

If anyone is leaving out of Saybrook let me know. Im not sure how to get out and let along get back in. Im coming from SE Mass.

Ct river is easy channel is clearly marked launch is large and pretty simple just watch for the traveling circus that shows up from time to time.LOL

Its the others you need to worry about at that ramp.

I have seen trucks fully submerged with boat and trailer still attached.

Made me wonder if there was a weather alert or something so many guys were leaving claudios so early.

I had a 1.5 hour ride back still needed to clean and flush boat. I was done at 830 so worked out perfect for me. But hey that was a blast. ANyone know the guy with the 33/34 sutphen. Older guy in OS is where he dropped in. All white/cream color

Hey Jay- How ya feelin this morning? What ya think about us playing bumper boats at the end of the day? Real professional. Boat sounded great going across the ocean,looked like you guys were runnin pretty hard too........did you say 496's? Kept trying to hook up w/ you for a drink, but before you know it , the day is over. Or you get kicked out of the bar, which ever comes first. Will have to hook up next time. Im sure there will be plenty more !!!!!

Kev....I'm hungover...tired...sunburnt...typical after a day of boating. It was great being able to meet all the guys from here but it does suck we never did all get to have a drink together. Yup..496's. Your boat looked great running. I spent most the trip back watching it. Looked really good. There will absolutely be plenty more weekends like this. I'm out for this weekend so lets start planning the next!! Btw..sucks you guys get kicked out for helping a drowning drunk chick. Jason

It's a 38' Dominator, not an Outrageous...been in the area for years...

I know exactly what happened. We were just floating all together having a drink and nobody was paying attention to the buoy !!!! Because of the current, before you know it we were on top of it. I dont think that it had anything to do with alcohol !!!! :lolhit:

Nice boat but yesterday when I got back in, I noticed it had some nasty gouges in the bottom of the hull.

Wonder if he ran it aground yesterday or something

Jay- we need to make sure John goes on the next trip..........speaking of drinking!! Im going to contact him tonight to make sure he's still alive. I think he stayed on the river yesterday because he had his daughter.

Yea we do....only saw him out like twice last year. I'm away this weekend but was thinking about everyone hanging out in Hamburg the following weekend. That way all of us local guys can hang out without the craziness of a bar....for once. Or we could take over the docks at Harbor Park with all of us :party-smiley-020:

Both those ideas are great! Or we could hang at hamburg cove during the day, and then take over the dock at Harbor Park in the afternoon. Even better!

Kreed also pleasure to meet you i noticed the Joker on your deck,( dont worry i didnt steal you idea to put one on mine) looks nice in the water though. I hope to do it again. Hey Jay- It was my boat and leftys boat.(white checkmate) Frank was very close, but I think he managed to escape any contact. I think we looked like a monkey f!#king a foodball out there!!!! But no damage to any boat. Just love taps. :kiss: Jason with the Outlaw saw the whole thing. I was wondering why he was staying so far away from us ?? :lolhit:

bumper boats eh? we did the same thing at the end of the essex no wake last year not paying attention.. bounced off the red can, but my excuse is the drinks and the chicks making oput in the back of the boat, and no damage not even a scuff, so it guess its okay. we're always out as well, I was talking to JBoutlaw at our marina about ya'll running together, so we'll have to meeet up with ya'll as well.

Absolutely !!!! We will keep you informed as far as our next "play date"..............
