I went to a Guiness Book of World Records competition and this guy showed up to claim the worlds smallest head. So he went in and the judges measured his head and determined that had the world's smallest head and that he was going into the Guisness Book of world records.

Next a woman showed up to claim the worlds smallest hands. Again the judges measured her hands and determined she had the worlds smallest hands.

Then this guy walks in claiming to have the worlds smallest penis. So they bring him in and measure him and they tell him that somebody has him beat. He comes walking out all pissed off and saying "Who's this JB Outlaw guy"?????
