Yea, I agree. In the 4 times Ive been in the sound this year, I havent been in any "rough" water to speak of. Going to Portland fireworks this Saturday, but the following weekend will be headed to Claudios with John.(33 Outlaw) Hopefully some slop out there then???

my buddy has a house on the river in niantic, so sat we are going to be partying at his house all day then idle out and raft up for the fireworks in niantic. then idle back and party some more. then i think im heading up the river sunday for some river fun like tubing and stuff off of my buddies ski boat. i usually make it up the river for that kind of stuff once a year, the rest of the time my boat is in the ocean where it belongs

I have to say (keep in mind I no longer am a boat owner!!) that I used to bash other brands pretty bad. Mostly Cigarettes. I have had the pleasure of being a passenger on Frank's Cafe a bunch of times this year. Impressive is the only way to describe that boats ride!! Unfortunatley I haven't even had the chance to be out when it's rough enough to have a good time. We have to chase down the ferry boats just to get some air off of their wake. So when the weather cooperates and gives us some good chop in the sound let's see who joins us for some fun???

I'm a fan of the rough stuff, I just dont have the motors to keep up with most of youguys. I'll give it hell tryin tho, keep me posted.
I agree about the waves, went to montauk last weekend and didn't hit one wave. But, it's better than the 4 months of rain we had last summer!

This is turning in to my new favorite thread. 302Sport boat looks and sounds killer....by the way isn't that boat behind you Tsunami(Sutphen) 10M I am with you I still have little motors so a flat out run in smooth water I am way back. I have been on the computer all week though planning my updates for the winter and won't bring the boat back out without 625hp per side! Maverick now that you are in CT we should see some more of you and didn't you just update power??? Plus on boxes you could be a leader not a follower.

thanks frank, im not running big power, only about 550hp. im running boxes, and #4's, so when it gets rough i can lay the sticks to the dash. oh yeah tsunami was behind my boat in the video. pretty cool that they are now out of the same area.
