i gotta admit mike, i thought you were a douche up until meeting you yesterday. turns out mike is a real cool dude. it was a pleasure chilling with the entire crew (even pat the ball buster), and i will second your statement above...

although the run was a discounted rate, we literally got nothing/zip/zilch/zero for our money. we paid literally for everything a la carte including: hand of cards, lunch, docking, everything...i thought going into it we were at least going to get dinner. that didnt even happen. wtf. i cant beleive montauk had the balls to charge everyone for docking...some boats were 5 out on a raft. thats unbelievable. from an organizational stand point, it was kind of a mess. literally everyone missed the orient point boat. we were at montauk for so long that we didnt have time to even hit block or thames, the majority of us just hit claudios for 45 mins. if we end up doing this again next year, which is iffy it would have to include a lot more give back: t shirts, dvds, lunch, dinner, something...also i would like to see a card boat in montauk and lunch at block island instead. i rather stop in bi than montauk just my opinion. ok enough about the complaining and here are some positives...

i do want to commend billy for discounting the run. he does put a lot of effort into this event and i will definitely applaud him for that. he means well for the sport and wants a lot of participation even if it means slashing prices. it was also nice to see some new faces and meet people. some guys had some serious boats there and it was awesome seeing them put on display. overall we had a fun day none the less.

Justin after reading that glad I put you zzz down on the dock with an arm lock makes me feel better.
