Scot - I have been doing a little stationary bike at the gym, but my taint goes numb after 12-15 minutes. I thought about getting a MTN bike, but not if my balls are going to tingle(in a bad way)

Ive lost 10 LBS in the last couple months. But if I dont work out while losing weight, I end up looking like Justin....I gotta get back to the gym....

my weight is way down if you can beleive it...basically the end product of eating much healthier and working out all winter. scot for cardio, i have been running 3-4 miles almost daily however it has taken a toll on my knees. im actually looking into road bikes right now too. i dont want to wear spandex pants tho :lolhit: |

This fat F&%K is down 58 lbs from last August. I just make sure to hit the gym every day and eat better. I used to go out and get chicken cutlet sandwiches everyday. Now I bring what my co-workers call a "gay man's lunch" of fruit, yogurt and crackers.
BTW, I use to ride when I was much younger (and thinner), the numbness goes away after your 'guys' get use to riding on a regular basis... at least it did for me.

LMK if you get a bike... although I don't want to see you in spandex either! :lolhit: |
