How was the food there?
They have a Fountain race boat and I was talking to the guys down in Key West during the street parade/party. I was hammerred and was telling them how I wanted to iopen a franchise in Norwalk. Were the chicks hot or was it just the outfits that were hot? Both the women and the outfits. They are young though...very spunky.... They are campaigning a new outerlimits boat so I hear... |

Can't wait for the 500 on sunday.....anybody watching it?? My cousin sets up suspension and during the race is the gas guy over the wall for Regan smith #78 furniture row. They won at darlington last year and ran well at daytona until Stewart took him out. Finished 2nd today in the heat so they're running well again. They are the only nascar team from west of the Mississippi and all private money, one man team. Root for him guys....

That's pretty cool, ESP being a competitive private team. Best of luck!
I need some support to guys, editors of diesel power mag chose me for diesel power challenge 2012 more info here http://www.offshoreonly.com/forums/t...some-help.html |
Yeah I'll be watching the races this weekend. Reagan did a good job today. Scary wreck Danica had.

800 hp say it isn;t so!
|
This is BS, if you wont tell us what parts your using Im saying it isnt so.......
|
yea seriously, I'm sick of this "say it isn't so", you're not making any where near 800hp....a 572 with velocity stacks and a serious tunnel ram, high comp....maybe a 604 would do it too...a 540 isn't hitting 800...unless you have some outrageously stupid cam in it and spinning it to 7200 and if which case, you should look for a different engine builder because obviously the one you have is not too swift...if you're spinning above 5800 and have a cam that's making power north of that, CHANGE IT...keep your power band low...
I bet you see 640-650 somewhere in that ball park... or wait, two engines together...400hp a piece, oh in that case i'd see that ;) lol cmon man, you're gettin some snow, should be good for business! Bare in mind, your dyno number means jack $hit if you melt parts of start grenading stuff... ;) we wanna keep you boating, don't want to see you with broken parts. |
Just kidding dyno soon maybe 600 hp!:cartman:

Taking those 502's to 540's and some decent heads and a cam change my guess is 600-625hp that should really wake that thing up, and really help out with catching air in your 35' jet ski

gellner builds real nice motors, his mild 540s are 600 to 650hp. his hp motors are 700 to 725hp with a hyd roller cam. then his race motors for boats go up to 800hp, but last if you change the oil and run them to 6400rpm. one team got 3 seasons out of there 800hp motor and 1 or 2 world championships, other team got there worlds championship two. but only 2seasons cause they ran over 7200rpms maybe 8000. after dean said NO not that high. so far I'm happy with my 572. see yah at the party. I hope.

Fall -- Winter Activites
We have season passes to Syracuse Football (they did not do well); we have a cool bar in our house overlooking the lake we live on which we try to hold a couple of parties before Spring; we do Syracuse Stage; we visit Florida (son at college in Daytona -- family in Englewood --- and great hangout at the Hyatt on the beach in Clearwater and also the Marriot on the inland waterway Sandpiper Key. We also do boat shows (we were at the Miami Boat show this year where our new 290SC was displayed and also take in the Syracuse Boat show when it does not conflict with Miam.

SUP my SHEET TALKING freinds.
I see youve all done nothing but TALK CRAP this entire time. Very nicely use of time, I thought MAYBE someone might step the hell up and do something for the club while I was busy( and I voiced that possibility to many) but we all see how that turned out. LOL Anyway, Its nice to see its business as usual here on NE OSO. :) I have not fallen off the face of the earth as some who have apparently lost my phoine number or email would like to beleive. I am still here Just not on OSO for a while, I didnt realize OSO was Officially club business or required of the President. Seems kind of silly that no one can seem to contact me any other way.LOL My email is [email protected] if any misses me again see the "wheres Jeff been" thread if more details are needed. Maybe you AZZ PIRATES can get me up to date on what everyones been doing. Then feel free to volunteer your time to the club if youd like to see something specific being done I am happy to have anyone who would like help out. Anyone, Bhueler, anyone?? |
