My engines are ready to drop in this week. My sun pad is being re-done as we speak.

Leftys boat is running! New (to him) HP525SC. dry exhaust....sounds good!

Johnboy has his engines both installed. Just has to hook them up and get his swim platform back from powdercoating.

Robbs stuff is sitting in heated storage, done and waiting for the first nice day.

Spring is coming fast! Come on Adam!

I'm in rigging, ill be done in a few weeks.

This is going to be one hell of a great season!

Both motors broke 600 hp and they are at the guys house who will be putting them together soon. I'm in no rush as i blew all my $$ on that boat this winter and i just got home at 9 o'clock from selling jobs hired 2 more guys this week. As i quote you saying how can i do it with no snow? I'm trying to line up work for 4 months at least!

There's some other 36s in the 200 range...newer boats too...that's a pretty serious boat....I don't see a reason for fixed 6s....and a rudder....unless you're going to run it 200...

How fast will a 37ft. staggard stepped #6 boat run with 525's?

Speed calculator says 85. Not a bad speed Adam.

Mine with Bravos and 540 Bulldogs (HP500s) Bravos on Boxes ran 83...

I'd say Kev is about spot on....severely underpowered with the 525s (IMHO) with #6s, now whipple them and you might have a better time...mind you 85 is nothing to shake a stick at, but I think if you went with a 700 combo, you'll be right around 100, that would be a perfect all day running setup.

The #6 Boat is a totally different animal from the bravo boat, you need the speed to get her to settle in...trim it out...by the time it starts to get going, you've clipped her wings without the power...just my humble opinion...

Adam I know it wouldn't be your first choice but how about that T/S Top Gun "Loose Cannon" at OP bought is Beautiful, just throw some Whipples on and call it a day. Or run it as is and sell it next year this is what Kevin does.
