As someone pointed out, have you talked with Scott? He takes a lot of trade-ins, and has a decent selection of inventory to trade against... You're boat is super clean so I'm sure he'd take it and has has a lot of Fountains that are constantly coming and going. I guess the big question is, what would he give you for your boat...
Doesn't look like you're going to be getting that Z06 anytime soon! :D |

I've talked to Scott numerous times.....and he's giving me crap for my boat IMO. I know I'm going to lose money....but I just can't afford to lose throw away money. Time will tell boys! That Z-06 option is looking more positive!
I think your best bet would be to just put your boat on the market (if you do truly want another boat) and see what happens, but be realistic on the price if you want it to move. Spring is right around the corner and people are now starting too buy again coming out of this sluggish economy and after a long cold winter. Your boat is really clean, a pretty desirable make/model, and a nice size that's big enough to not get beat to death and small enough to trailer with ease. If you price it realistically, I would think your boat should sell pretty quickly. If you want top dollar for it, you'll likely sit on it for a long time. Remember, there are some great deals out there to be had, but you might have to accept a little less for your boat than you think it's worth in order to get into another. It's all relative... |

I have one, I'm that bicycle riding punk that throws your paper in the bushes.
Trade-ins are a tough pill to swallow IMO. Some people dont think twice about it, they just want the other vehicle and will accept $0.20 on the dollar and sign the paper. I tend to agree with you Jay, I just couldn't do it. Agree. I'm going throw it in Boatrader and Iboats.com and see what happens. I'm not going to bother putting in the OSO classifieds....as I got no replies from it the last time I had it in. If it sells it sells......no bigger in the great scheme of life! :drink:
