Its a cruise out of N.Y., so its gotta be decent weather. Still reasonably priced before the kids get out of school, and I get the family vacation OUT OF THE WAY for the rest of the summer!

I think you mean our members become polluted.LOL
I meant in the winter months. just to keep us all in tune. theres only 4 winter months.
They really would be more organized maybe like the side room at murphys, have a meeting( about club issues) then go over into the bar lounge or something. IF we did them each month I am sure we could get a good deal.
MOSES Wheres that news letter?
Are you not doing that anymore?
Anyone want to help out with the newsletter?

we chartered boats and island hopped for 7 days. its kind of neat cause everything is soo close. the entire area the BVI's take up is prolly smaller than LIS and there are a ton of places to go. My parents and all of their friends have been doing it every year for about 10 years now. The place we charter from offers sail or power, and with or without a crew. we never get the crew cause all of us have boats back home so we can manage it ourselves. from east to west the chain runs about 40 miles, and the boats run about 15 knots. so you can run the whole chain in about 3 hours. here is the link:

it is easy to see why pirates chose these islands as their hangouts back in the day, as there are soooo many sheltered coves and places to hide out. this area was blackbeards territory. this describes it all pretty well and its just cool to think that all this stuff was going on, in some of the same coves that your moored in.

It would just be to keep people up to date on dues and things that are happening within the club finances all kinds of items.
