i have not seen this boat but like you mention it is a very steep price especially for the year...A mid to late 90's formula can be had for that money. I would aim for a late 90's formula.

I think I might know the owner of that boat, but I have no idea how to get in touch with him. If so, the boat is extremely clean. I'm about 1/4 of a mile from where those pics were taken, let me know if you'd like me to look the boat over for you.

i like the styling on the pre fastech's better for some reason. I believe that boats about $8-10k high on the asking price unless its got fresh repower or other goodies. it'd still need a trailer to haul with too which tacks on another $4500.
I only ask about it cause its just over an hour from where I am. It's a bit closer than VA or MO where I've seen some other 292-311's. There is a contact name & number on the ad. I might give him a ring tomorrow to discuss the boat.
It looks like it's been for sale for at least a year (as it says price reduced 3/09 (unless thats referring to March of 2009).
I just have to wonder how long people are willing to sit on a boat. they've got to realize its overpriced if its not selling.

normally i'd take on a project, but at this time i'm looking for a turn key boat. I'm looking to spend time on the water this summer, not busting knuckles on the shore.
