Default Long Island Boat Ramps ??

Any one have some first hand knowledge/experience/advice on some ramps in Long Island...... my trailer will be delivered in a few days and I will hopefully be trying a few new spots this summer, have to change the scenery sometimes. Ramps of most interest to me are the South Jamesport ramp (near Mattituck), and the Manorhaven ramp (Port Washington). Are these ramps usable at low tide or strictly high tide.......? What other good ramps are out there....? Any other tips are greatly appeciated.......
