Where are these places on a map? Is tere an adress or a reference point so I can begine to orient myself?
I will need to look for a LI marina on the north shore, or maybe plan on a run around the west end (is that possible?) friday evening and then stay in CT friday night?
Any good suggestions and options. Boat is going to be staying at Grovers in Freeport.

its probably best to call one of us for information but i will provide my opinion here:
if your boat is currently in LI, I would recommend that you just run it from there to CT (Pavilion Beach Bar). If you need fuel upon arrival there are two shell stations at the mouth of the CT River with 93. For co-ordinates/locations of card stops I will direct you to this website as they used similar card locations. the hard part for you will be finding pavilion beach bar...just follow the boats after that.
Sept 17's Stops include: Pavilion, Montauk, Claudios
See link below:
http://www.nationalpowerboat.com/oldsaybrook.htm
Locations look like this:
Pavilion: LAT:41.281419N
LON: 072.305145W
Montauk: LAT: 41.071587N
LON: 071.861572W
Unfortunatly it does not show claudios on the map but you can get a good estimate by looking at the orien pt location. Claudios is in Greenport just South West or Orient. Hope this info helps.

No dock at the pavillion. There's moorings and valet boats to bring you in and out from your boat to the bar. It's actually pretty unique and I've only seen a couple bars like it in the states.

If you're coming from Grovers, it's going to be a little bit of a hike no matter how you do this. It's probably about 70 miles (rough number) across the island to Orient point, and then another 12 miles on the water or so to The Pavilion.

I believe Justin provided you with 2 of the 3 stop locations for the poker run. The other is Claudio's in Greenport... roughly 41°06'03.15" N 72°21'31.63" W. Claudio's is the most popular performance boating bar desination in the area, by far.

I am still trying to find this pavilion place on a map. Is there a street adress for it?
