I plan to take my 47 to Key West for the races..possibly do the poker run for the Florida Powerboat Club, which I've been doing for the past 5 years. My boat is at RF Powerboats in North Carolina having some new stringers and a new transom put on. Also, blueprinting the bottom and raising the drives. And it will be ready to head south to Key West in November.

Not taking a boat down, but will be there. Your boat is easy enough to recognize, so I will stop by and say hello if I see it. Best day to have a boat is the Sat between the races when everyone hits up the small island off of KW. Last year was an awesome time!!!

i have not missed it for the last 6 years . its good to know that not every body that boats in the summer is sledding in the winter .with such a short boating season in new england you have to extend it .key west rocks !!!

id love to head to florida, but time and money prevent that. so sledding takes over. lol

id love to head down to the races, but prob not going to happen. work work work. maybe in a few years.
