Raced from 6-20 yrs old. In H.S. my bikes cost twice as much as my car. Also did freestyle and vert. Add in stateboarding and snowboarding. Those were the days! Just have a mountainbike now for the trails. No where near as fun as bmx.

I used to own a Haro Freestyle, and a Hutch Race bike...used to ride the Haro all over campus at BU, got rid of it all to buy my mountain bike, great trails around here....just picked up a 20" Specialized to ride around with my kids...i still got a few moves!

I rode BMX when I was 10-14 yrs old. I only ride road now. I met a guy down in Boca Raton while buying wheels for my current bike that buys and sells BMX bikes from the 80's. The original bikes like a Haro with gold rims and white and black checkerboard handlebar pads go for big money - Like $8000. I couldnt believe it!
