Ok so it's the 4th of July already, we have some of the best boating weather upon us. I ran in to Glade8er down at the Crab Shell in Stamford today and we were saying we need to get some boats together. So maybe a Port Jeff day or even Milford. Any interest from any of you guys? Heading out to Block tomorrow if anyone is out that way.

Oh, there ARE still people in the NE Section??? Cool! I think the NE Raft Up Party would be a hit for sure. Be good to get the group together we had a couple yrs ago when it was booming in here. I'll be checkin in frequently to this thread for updates and small talk...

I miss your guys east coast threads. You guys seemed to be a lot of fun. Where's the Stphen guys with the goldfish pond? Where's Stinger? No Cig vs OL babble? Ahhh this place is boring...

J.....those were fun times! Got alittle out of hand(a lot out of hand!) but we really had fun. Those boat arguments were epic! The fish pond! Hahahahahaha........ Stinger will be back, he got 6 months off.... The Cig/OL babble is gone, everyone realized the Cigs are #1....

I miss Jeff's input on these threads....sure was great reading....but I miss Jeff's old boat even more, was a great running unit that my family and I really enjoyed.

Does he still have the 31' Sutphen Spirit, Kev? I do have to admit that when he brought it up here to the Borden Light poker run two years ago, that boat ran extremely well against the Big Boys. I was the 5th man on board (ballast) that actually kept the boat in the water except for 8 times if my memory is correct. I can't blame him for
being partial to Sutphens...so am I.

Ok it is almost August but things are heating up. A week ago I gave an update that there was 2 new Cigarettes coming to CT, well now the numbers is 3! Two of the boats coming will be first time Cigarette owners but all 3 are long time admirers. The first boat will be here late next week. Stay tuned.
