Where do I begin......lol
My initial plans for the winter were to add fresh water cooling to both engines, and to remove my extension boxes to repaint them. Pulling engines was pretty much the way to go for both jobs. Now engines were out, I had about 200 hrs since last complete rebuild so might as well check them out. Opened them up and they were in pretty good shape but I am one for preventative maintenance. Tore them down completely and replacing a laundry list of things along with honeing and cleaning blocks, etc, etc..... I'm looking forward to the fresh water cooling because even though I flush religiously the salt has its way with my intakes, thermostats and misc. stuff..... Also just recieved two new sets of CMI headers to replace my aging headers. They were showing signs of there age..... New starters, water pumps, a bunch of sensors, and whatever else needs replacing. Now this coming week the drives will be torn down, which is done every winter. I'm expecting them to be in pretty good shape but we'll find out soon....... Thats all I can think of now.........

Same here..... I want to try that one next year too. And on a side note, I recieved an email from Billy/NPBA and he's planning an event in May, the weekend of the 24th. No real details yet but it will be in Freeport L.I. I'm not sure if its a poker run or something else but I'll keep you guys posted when I hear more.
