Easter sales along with HK power sports usually have one every year. Keep an eye on Easter sales of New Hampshire website.

I remember the $500 for having Silent Choice though. That was years ago. Unbelievably stupid freakin law, and I got caught after passing the Db test. Yes, a law, but no foundation behind it.

This is no longer a problem.... Silent Choice has been legal since 2011... you still have to pass the over all exhaust noise limit, but having a switchable system to get even quieter is legal

As for Winnie loosing up, as other have said as long as you aren't flamboyant about your actions, you are likely to be fine. I wouldn't run the length of the lake WOT, but with short burst here and there you should be able to fly under the radar... and then stick to the limit the rest of the time..... From a sound perspective, well that is a different story... if people start complaining I have noted the MP will go over to specific areas and test boats (public docks)... As long as they aren't getting complaints I doing usually see much testing going on.

Anybody ever use Taylor point in Bourne MA to launch. If so how is it and ?Can you use it any tide

Taylor point is a decent ramp, but your best option for that area is Tempest Knob in wareham, excellent ramp that can be used at any time, we launch there every weekend

I ran from Wolfeboro to Center Harbor Saturday cruising between 55-60 the entire way. Marine Patrol had a smaller boat pulled over but never really looked my way. I stay far out in the broads and give other boats plenty of space but they really haven't bothered me at all over the years. I did put mufflers in this year to cut down the noise as I felt they probably would pinch me for that around one of the town docks that I frequent.

Happy to report that performance boats are alive and well at lake winni. I just got back from spending a week up there and there are tons of cool boats, along with a very nice Nor-tech on the Paugus Bay end of the channel. Not as prevalent as the 90's but it looks like a positive come back!
