Photographer?? Helicopter???

I can rearrange my schedule if I am needed there to shoot.
We need to know how many people are willing to reimburse the expenses on the helicopter/photo time... ??? A chopper is tentatively scheduled but people need to notify Jonathan ASAP if they will commit to it or not.... Please spread the word out to everyone you know. We got a smoking deal last time but that was also 4 years ago and I was able to use him on other projects at the time so I was getting a deal. Prices have since gone up and I am unable to get him the work unless the project or event is close to his airport... |
Well Under a $100 a boat that is a great price to have a chopper cover the whole run I've paid entry fees for some events that cost close to a $1000 and didn't get the coverage and photo quality that your going to get from Tim on this run...it is well worth the $$$

ok guys, here it is. I spoke with Tim Sharkey. He can make our run if we want him to. The price for Tim and the chopper is 3k. Depending on how many boats we have (60 boats = $50per), The price will go up or down. I want everyone to understand that I am helping to put this run on. There is nothing in it for me, I am paying my way just like everyone else. The fees involved are the costs, nothing extra. That said, I don't want to make a commitment to Tim and the chopper If everyone is not in. I don't want to get stuck with a $1500. photography bill. If everyone wants this I can make it happen but I need to give Tim a commitment by Monday at the latest. If anyone want to make a contribution to the photographer / chopper fund for more than the per boat cost to help make it happen you can post the amount or if you want to stay private you can pm me. Myself as well as another member have already said we would pay a bit extra to have Tim there. It is a lot of money so please be sure this is what everyone wants.
