What charity is the money being raised for this year? Last year was Gigi's, we doing them again? How much was raised last year? Had to been a good amount last year! I remember my friends and I put a good amount extra in the hat that was passed around and if I remember correctly, the winner of the 50/50 donated it back to Gigi's! What a great cause...can't wait to hear how much we did last year so hopefully (for whomever) we can top!

I am very interested in finding more runs around the great lakes, our favorite place to boat, so very interested in this run.

We love Boyne Thunder and the Sault Saint Marie Poker run, plus there's a few good Fun runs all around Michigan.

Where can I find out more info about the donations and charity? It's always nice to support a good cause while running offshore with fellow powerboaters!

Not sure of the amount donated last year. Our Treasurer would know. It was several thousand. Gigi's is the charity again this year.

Aren't you the Vice President of NIOC Brad? And you don't know how much was donated in 2016? Seems a little odd.

Always a fun event with great people. Lake Michigan is normally quiet in July. Last few years we have had really good water.

I'm almost certain Lake Michigan will be quiet for this event.

Weather forecast for Saturday is 86 degrees and 8 mph West wind. I guess another year of flat water for NIOC on Lake Michigan.
