It's alive. Had to put the old tubes back on until the new ones arrive.

Other than that it will hit the water this week.

I stopped in at Dave's just in time to watch it come to life. I also stopped in with a couple of frozen Klondyke bars. Dave loves those. So after he shut them down we had ice cream.

The current plan is to haul it down Saturday morning from Grand Rapids and splash it in the Grosse Ile area. Of course pending all the small details get finished. We added a electronic fuel advance system to eliminate the stalling issues when placing in gear. Should handle like a Sea Ray.

If the plan comes together I will drive up Friday evening from PC to the party Friday night.

Any good ramps up that way?

Added some diamond deck plates, electric winch and stainless hubs to the trailer as well.

I just got off the phone with Rocky. There is a ramp right before crossing the bridge to Grosse Ile. Would splash early Saturday or even late Friday.

Unless something ugly raises it head we are planning to be there.

I do not know if we will stay over Saturday night.

I wish I could join you guys next weekend. I would but my brand new engines are not running good. I am talking with Sterling about a pair of new motors. Here is a picture of last weekends fun run.
