I talked to Mark about a month ago and he "SAID" he had it payed down to 35K and he would have it payed off by March.I should make another call and see how he is doing with my money.

With the 1st of March coming fast...............still nothing. Talked to Mark 3 weeks ago and another promise was made to get me in touch with his bank by the end of that week....not.

Last week I hired a attorney to handle this issue and just got the bad news that he is delinquent on the loan. Can somebody try to call him at 708-207-6555 and see if his phone works for you.
