Who is your favorite racer? I don't have a favorite, but I have a lot of respect for Joey Gratton, Steve Page, Bob Bull, Pepe Llama, J.T and Nigel. Tom Gentry was a favorite too - if only every racer could be so classy.

Yes, I owned a 26' Thoroughbred that I raced in 1995. We only raced it once, so I didn't mention it above.

Thanks for your honest answer. I sure wish you would get back in SVL so we could go at it on the race course and not on the computer. For someone that follows the sport as much as you why not try to get back in? Its a lot cheaper now than when it was A class.

I've thought about it, and actually passed on an decent opportunity. Right now, with a 5 year old son and a 22 month old daughter at home, I can't justify it (mainly the time demands, not the money). Maybe one day.

phantom...where is the boat now?

The Atlanta owner has raced it as PokerRun.com and Way2Crazy. I heard that they had Will Smith put the hull on a "diet", but I don't know their plans.

Phantom we may have more in common than you think. I also have a 4 year old and a 16 month old girl. Sounds like the old boat kicked some but in SBI this weekend.
