I think Ted once posted a program that I downloaded to down size pics. It was real easy. I have some pics to post but cant down size them.

Randy, a word of advice, don't downsize the naked trophy pic, you need all the size you guys can get

download "image resizer" and install it


then when you right click a photo "resize" will show up in the boxes
