Friday May 19. Fort Myers welcomes the Offshore Super Series (OSS) to a weekend of hot racing on two days, an airshow, and lots of fun.

Drivers Meeting on Friday eve. Chief referee Mike Tomlinson welcomes 37 OSS raceteams. 3 OSSC, 8 OSSCL, 8 OSSV, 8 OSSVL, 6 OSSCO, 1 OSSTX, 3 OSSCX.

The “Collar Rule” is strictly enforced. Teams caught without proper attire (such as Popeye’s) are being put on display and fined $50.

Team Reliable claims they love New York and Billy Mauff’s WHM … and narrowly escape being collared by Tomlinson by doing a quick change into the proper raceshirts.

After the meeting, teams try to look their best …

…. and do their best to expand their fanbase.
