Does anyone have info on where the dry pits will be located this year. We are trying to look ahead and find a hotel near the race site before its to late. Thanks in advance.

Anywhere in Destin should be close. I know the promoters are working on a website right now.

As it stands now, the pits are going to be at the Conv. Center in Ft. Walton, Across the street from The Swamp bar. Huge black top area and lots of parking across the street. The race will be in in Destin, just a short hop from the pits, past Crab Island and out Destin Pass. The team in Destin is really working had to get the site ready.
Some of us from Orange Beach are helping get assests in place and whatever else we can do to make this a great event.

Meeting with the lead for the Destin race on Thursday the 20th. Will have more info following...Hotels, etc.
