speacial fx of course you are welcome , get a 525 in that boat and join the fray in the most competitive class out there

TYPHOON 03-09-2008 07:03 PM

FX, did you just buy that boat? Bring it on! This class is going to explode with all the new teams. This will be the next F1 class of the older days. Lots of boats on the edge and great people in the pits. Notice I said in the pits, I hate your a$$ on the course.

Two at once spraying the boat. It's looking goooood!! :D

As of 11pm eastern, the boat is officially painted. Now onto the technical stuff. Wiring will beging on Tuesday and be done by Friday morning. Then onto engine and drive install. Shouldn't be too long from here. A few last minute parts to order and we should be ready to test by the 27th. Hope that invite is still good in Jersey?!?!

We'll keep you posted!

Dave & Doug

You guys are putting in some hours. I have worked on our boat almost everyday and there really wasn't anything wrong with it.
Looking forward to meeting ya

[QUOTE=vinny kostelac;2389990]1. I think two by two starts with the starting grid the reverse order of the national points standings, keeps points race tight and makes for some fun racing not make or break it at turn one.

Just wondering If there are 8 boats how many rows would there be? Where does that put the new guys? Do we get to go up front?

Starting to see some light, and just getting excited!!!

vinny kostelac 03-10-2008 09:18 AM

Yes, tenatively we will put new teams in front rows and all others will draw for positions at Biloxi, after that the national pts standing will form the grid ie leader in pts back row on the outside, last place in pts gets the pole position. Buckle up its going to be a bumpy year.
