I would strongly suggest that all the F1 teams that want air time on Speed TV get together on Thursday evening to plan our strategy to maximize our story for the season. Remember if its not interesting,WOW factor or funny its not good for TV. For those of you who want to join us in this discussion and role playing let me know. Remember boring and thanking everyone wont get you TV time. Lets make our class the best to watch on TV

Your a natural. I might have to race F1 just to complain about you. Seriously though , Your on the money. Your rivalry with BJ last year could not have gotten you more airtime if you were the guys boss.

The TV people from speed want to interview the race teams and have some footage of each team. You better be thinking of what you will say and how you will say it before the camera is on. We are looking for a location to film and I suggested the Holiday Inn were a lot of us will be staying. Questions might be
1) how did you get in the sport
2) what are your goals for this season
3) who is your biggest competition
4) what do you do for a living
5) who sponsors you boat
6) how long has your team been together
7) what is your prediction for this race or the season
8) do you get scared
9) who do you look up to in this sport
10) what do you need to do to win this race
11) Tell us why you run F1
12) what is your most exciting experience so far
13) do you have a family

Just some ideas as to questions that might be asked and will need exciting answers.No show no TV and don't blame anyone else but yourself if your not interesting. Ham it up this year,use some nicknames,start some rivalries,don't be afraid to do some trash talking. Lets face it, bad press is better than no press when talking smack. At least you are seen for your sponsors.

RANDY WE WERE TRYING TO BE READY FOR DAYTONYA BUT MY MOTOR IS STILL IN FLA. IT IS BEING FINISHED THIS WEEK OR IT SHOULD BE FINISHED THIS WEEK, GEORGE AND I HAVE COMPLETELY RE-DONE THE OLD CORSA ALL NEW PAINT, BOLSTERS,DASH WE MOVED THE WHEEL OVER TO THE RIGHT SIDE TO EQUAL OUT THE WEIGHT, THE OLD GIRL IS STRIPPED OUT RIGHT NOW WE HAVE BEEN WORKING DAY AND NIGHT ON IT, IT GOES TO THE PAINT SHOP THIS SAT. IT WAS LONG OVER DO FOR A GOOD MAKE OVER.

Also guys you should think about on board cameras to maxamize your exposure as well. Freeze Frame or buy your own. The production people need footage.

You could buy a pretty nice camera for $600 per race, I would guess.

And congrats on your anniversary! I'll bet the Mad Dog is a *****cat at home.

LA the boat looks great cant wait to see her run. We are trying for Thursday night at the Holiday Inn for interviews with Speed TV. They would like to have us in one spot at one Time so if anyone has any other suggestions speak up. If Fri. afternoon is better let me know, majority rules. So far it looks like the 2 of us are the only ones that want any air time. I'm just trying to help the F1 teams but maybe they don't want any help!
