Sorry I have not been around. Working hard to pay for new building and haven't been on the board.
Ok we are leaving tomorrow with 2 boats. 1 new, and one a 4 time world Champion. Which would you run? They are for sale at this point. I bit more than I can chew and something has to go fast!!!!

I am so glad to be able to see the black beauty in person, we all have waited so long to see it Just my 2 cents though, stick with what brought you to the dance for now. Put approx 20 hours on the new boat and let it loosen up. Or with the 50 or so people that travel with the dog pound I am sure 2 of them could run it in P-4 or even p-5 just to get time on it and if there are to be stress cracks or anything, they would come out. Then when you and Hollywood got in it, all you would have to do is a final shake down and keep kicking some @$$ on the circuit. I'll see ya on Friday morning have fun coming down and more importantly be safe. But if you decide to run the new one and lease the old one out and by some chance, they beat you, while you are washing it I will give you a shoulder to cry on. What are buds for right? hehehee

Trent: You wish. I've seen (and heard) the black beauty on the water this afternoon and let me tell you: It will blow the doors off all comers. If it gets any faster after it has loosened up and has been dialled-in, then it will be frightening.
Bring diapers, racers, because seeing that thing on the water may loosen up some bowels. And what are buds for? As Randy will attest: Drinking.

As concerned as all of you, I talked to our esteemed leader this morning. Dr. Peconic came to the conclusion that our esteemed leader was suffering from too much mental anguish caused by the movement of his business from one New Jersey warehouse to the other. This can be a very depressing experience. Dr. Peconic's learned opinion is that this is a temporary condition. It has already passed and Randy will be his aggressive self in Savannah. The black beauty is a keeper.
