Rumor has it, Kurt found the head of a horse in his bed. But that's probably just a stupid rumor. Kurt has all his horses in his engines ...

Here's a question

With all of the recent talk of how fast Typhoon and White trash are running(86-87mph). Why are these boats running in P-4? Based on the guidelines of the P class rules these two boats should be running in P-3

BJ: As you know, speed under race conditions and speed under ideal conditions are two totally different animals. Last weekend in AC, neither Randy nor us ever did more than 77.5 MPH. I can run a speed graph on that geeky 10" monitor of mine.

P4-69 (also a Kryptonite) does more than 100 mph with her twin eggbeaters. No tabs, rough water, and no joy during the race.

OTOH, there were some battle cruisers in that bracket, 10 feet more and (at least) twice the engine. Team Larry Flint in their 38 Jockstrap only won because the two leading Kryptonites met the firing squad of the race officials.

At the end of the day, it's the skill of the pilot. If I would have piloted White Trash, I would have finished last. I am lucky to have Kirk on my side. If y'all want to continue winning races, better order your Kryptonites. If only to keep Kirk off the races and at home in his shop, working feverishly to keep up with the demand.

If Kirk continues showing up at the races (and I will work hard on him to do so,) then he will wreak havoc, 525, 500, 496, whatever.
