This “Ultimate Crossover” boat can serve as a touring, fishing, or even a ski boat. Initial Marine Corporation created this boat to cater to the needs of the New Performance Boater; utilizing modern Mercury Outboard Technology and boasting the most fuel efficient, maintenance-free power on the market.
…First to launch in the series is the NEW 220 CC (Center Console). Sporting a maximum speed of 75 mph with a Mercury Racing OptiMax 300XS outboard, the VELOCITY 220 CC is the fastest and most maneuverable boat in its class.
...Steve Stepp, President of Initial Marine Corporation, states, "The New VELOCITY S.U.B. Center Console is the answer to the Performance Boater’s question of, ‘How do I go fishing and still maintain my performance appetite?’”
...The 220 CC is the perfect high performance fishing boat for tournament use.
The VELOCITY 220 CC will get you to the best fishing spot and back faster than any other 220 CC in its class with comparable power.
…For the past 20 years, VELOCITY’s Outboard models have been built for Mercury Marine as test boats. Currently over 25 VELOCITY's, from 22' - 41', are in use at Mercury's X-Site, which gives VELOCITY a huge outboard test base.
...The Steve Stepp created and designed VELOCITY Pad Bottom on the 220 CC, is the same design that has broke more APBA/UIM Speed Records than any other Performance Boat Manufacturer in that class with Mercury power.
