Talk Offshore is coming back!
Talk Offshore Returns "LIVE" Race Coverage with New Sponsors
June 3, 2005, Tarpon Springs, FL: TNT Custom Marine and David Scott/Bacardi Silver have teamed up with Talk Offshore. After an extended hiatus through the winter months, Talk Offshore is proud to announce that we will be back on the air bringing live offshore racing coverage for the remainder of the 2005 Racing Season, beginning in Ft. Meyers on June 12, with significant thanks to John Tomlinson of TNT Custom Marine, and David Scott with Bacardi Silver.
“We were thrilled with the response we received last year, and are even more pleased with the overwhelming demand for Talk Offshore to resume race coverage this season”, says Martin Sanborn, the show’s host. “There are a lot of teams in particular that have their family & crews listen at home, not to mention the fans of the sport that love the ability to listen in on race day.” With the support of JT and David Scott, we’ll be on the air for the remainder of the season bringing the play by play action back to our listeners”, continued Mr. Sanborn.
The show format will include interviews with racers and industry personalities, technical discussions, and of course live play-by-play action of each race on race day.
Additional sponsors have committed to advertising on the show, insuring that Talk Offshore will be onsite and broadcasting live from each of the remaining races on the Offshore Super Series tour, in addition to select other venues that will be announced soon.
Access to the broadcast is through www.talkoffshore.com, and will require you to download the player if your system is not already equipped with one.
The race broadcasts can be downloaded for later listening if your schedule does not permit access during the live broadcast.
