Re: Washington,NC Race Ruling
Chris and Pops, I'm glad I'm not the only one that feel this way, I agree with you 100% There are just way too many errors. Like I suggested before, the only fair thing to do is to place the boats in the order that they finished the race.

This feeder class racing has turned into a circus, a contest, a show but not a race. No offense to the people doing it but let's face it, there are too many combinations of boats and engines running in these P classes. It can't and never will be fair running under the current format. I will admit that OSS has the right idea but has no feeder classes. |

We are REAL racers that run REAL races that take REAL chances and work REAL hard to make it happen. I have raced in F-2 and F-1 and I'll take the P-classes over them anyday. |
Re: Washington,NC Race Ruling
RLW,
Sorry u feel that way,but believe me YOUR so called feeder class is some of the best racers that I've ever seen and I would put them up against your so called OSS racers any day.You make such a stupid statement, just shows you u know nothing about racing. With out YOUR so call feeder class you have no Offshore Racing. These teams move up in class in time, and that allows the sport to grow, instead of having to try and stealing boats. |
Re: Washington,NC Race Ruling
RLW, Feeder Class? It feeds off my savings account the same way any other class of racing does.

Re: Washington,NC Race Ruling
:D You guys are missing the point.
First, I offer no disrespect to anyone. Second, not a stupid statement but rather an observation. Putting 38' boats against 25' boats in the same class does not offer parity and a fair race. Having equal size boats and equal size motors does create uniformity. There was a time, not long ago where that existed. The glory days of Factory racing brought more boats to St. Clair (in the Past) than what was there, this year, total. Good Luck where ever you go! :drink: |
Re: Washington,NC Race Ruling
I also have to question the lap speeds in N.C. we ran a very Conservative race. , Hell we even completely stopped before crossing the start/finish line on one of our laps to fix our com and they still had us breaking out. Team closer to alotted lap speed in my book won. RLW
come out and play with us feeders? |

Completely stopped before crossing the start/finish line? Sorry my friend, that's not racing. It's a contest! |
