Cambridge was awesome

On behalf of OPA, allow me to say THANK YOU to the CBPBA for running another awesome event in Cambridge MD this past weekend. This club is well seasoned at running offshore events and their productions are executed flawlessly. The weather was perfect, the accommodations at the Hyatt spectacular and the racing was competitive and exciting to watch. There’s nothing better than going to a city that welcomes the racers with open arms. This was the third year for this race and it’s just getting bigger and better each year.
A special thanks also needs to go out to Billy Mauff of WHM and Martin Sanborn of TalkOffshore.com for making the trek to Cambridge. Both of them were blown away by this venue and hope to see a National race come to town next year. Billy even grabbed a checkered flag while driving for Jay Muller’s JEM Companies entry in the PX class (but only because DF Young lost a motor) and TalkOffshore added another dimension to the event by broadcasting to the crowd watching the race and listening over the Internet.
Here’s a complete entry list along with their finishing order.

See ya in Camden!
