Great choices Kitten. And there are a lot more a long the beaches that I"m sure would welcome and accommodate the teams & fans.

The Undertow on St. Pete Beach would be a great spot for Race Control on the beach.

The above locations Kitten mentioned are all nice hotels.

I live on pass a Grille. The St Pete Beach Cove is an Unbelievable spot to race. Crystal water, 1- 2 ft chop, Powder white Beaches. The Don Cesar has a huge viewing area on top with great beach bars and hotels along the shore.

If you dont want to come ...don't.

Those who do will be treated to a great place to boat.... Long shot , Kitten, Cig daze, Mbowers will all tell you they wouldn't trade boating in this area for anything. The Gulf speed run by the beach bars is the coolest.

Let's get ready to rumble!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!

I wholeheartedly agree!

If you guys want to stay at a really cool place on the beach that's reasonable, check out the Best Western. It's a very nice hotel, beautiful grounds, pool, and has my favorite beach bar out back called Jimmy B's.....Awesome Tiki Hut, big outdoor deck with direct beach access, and live rock and roll nightly.

Jimmy B's rocks! Always have a great time there. The Undertow is also a great place. They sponsor an STV raceboat, run by Scottie Adams, so they are very racer friendly! I really hope every that comes to St. Petersburg has a wonderful and memorable time.

Wouldn't it be great if we ran a Corpus type course. 7 turns lots of chances to pass.

with a couple of long straight aways for top speed.
