Why are the Worlds held November?
 

Why not at the end of January or early February, what would be better than going south to Race during the bitter cold months.

That's just the way it's always been done.

OPA broke from tradition this year by NOT charging the 2007 dues at the 2006 Worlds.

i think it works out pretty good in november. its about a month or so after the last regular season race and gives a bit of time to gear up. than after that we have the whole winter to fix everything we blew apart trying to win the worlds :D if the worlds were in february that wouldnt give much time to the start of the next season, lose 3 much needed R&R months :cool:
