i think it works out pretty good in november. its about a month or so after the last regular season race and gives a bit of time to gear up. than after that we have the whole winter to fix everything we blew apart trying to win the worlds 
if the worlds were in february that wouldnt give much time to the start of the next season, lose 3 much needed R&R months
