Lots of people to thank

As most of you know Mack and I went for a swim in OC. We have no idea what happen, we went into turn 4 the same way we have done for years, but I want to thank OPA safety for a job well done. The very first thing I saw (only sec. after hitting the water) was Angle One right above us letting the other race boats know we were swimming. Also a from the hart thanks to STARS Safety guys. Before I ever got head straight Clay was in the water pulling me to the safety boat. The first words I heard was (just relax I got U). Thank you Pop and Clay. Also I would like to thank race girl for stoping and checking on us, means a lot hun,and to Dee for all your great help.

Great battleing with you Mac and Cheese. Warren, glad to see your OK, It all happen so fast Mark seems to have a better account of what happen. First I come to your lake to test and blow my motor then you spin in front of us, what will happen next stay tuned, looking forward to St. Clair, let me know if I can help.

Eddie

HighPriority 06-19-2007 01:34 PM

I think we have had enough excitment for a while. Eddie you did have the boat to beat, you guys were running good, I still feel like our hook and spin cost you and Mark the win, sorry about that, next time I will try to give you a heads up.

fastedy 06-19-2007 07:18 PM

Rubbing's Racing, glad your doing OK, and don't give us anything we don't deserve.

HighPriority 06-19-2007 08:21 PM

I'am not. You guys were hooked up. All your hard work was paying off for sure.

SHARKEY-IMAGES 06-19-2007 09:46 PM

Warren,

Hope you make a quick recovery...

After leaving Jay when the boat was removed from the beach, I come around the corner to come back to the Atlantic Hotel and I see an ambulance in front of the Bearded Clam...:(

I didn't want to even think what could have happened now...knowing the party was there.

Good luck to ya!

1waterboy1 06-19-2007 09:59 PM

Warren,
You guys made a great move to dive inside of us on turn 2 of lap 3 to take the lead.We were trying to chase you down for the next lap and a half.As Eddie said, dont give us anything we didn't deserve. You and Mack were running a great race,so I dont know if we would have ever caught you.Going into turn 4 we were trying to dive inside you; and it looked like your boat hooked to the left across our bow,and that you and Mack were thrown out to the right. It happened so fast, but it seemed like we were really close to making contact. The wall of water actually hosed us down causing our engine to quit.As soon as we turned around to check on you guys;it was a relief to see the chopper and medical boat on scene rendering assistance. After a being down for a couple of minutes,we got the motor refired and went on to finish the race.

I am so glad that you and Mack are OK....cant wait for the chance to race with you guys again in St. Clair.

Mark

HighPriority 06-20-2007 05:39 AM

Yea Mark I know that you guys were only a couple boat lengths behine us, that is why I went to the inside of the 2 boats already in the turn, we know that if we went to outside of the other 2 boats that you guys would take the inside and we would neaver have a chance for a win. You guys were running real good. Of course that is when everthing went bad for us. What makes me feel so bad is if we had not put up that wall of water that you had to drive thur you and Eddie would have won the race. I'am sure that all the other guys in the class know you and Eddie have a strong boat and will have to step up to run with you guys. We have a lot of work to do, but we are planning to make St Clair. Is sure is fun racing would you guys.

HighPriority 06-21-2007 12:20 PM

Eddie and Mark, I got the on board DVD from Jeff today, and boy you guys were REAL close. That was so GREAT driving to miss us. GOOD JOB!! Now I know why we feel so comfortable in close racing with you guys.

AugiePensa 06-21-2007 03:44 PM

Hey Guy's, I'm glad you ALL OK! Well not OK, your (We're) all FUC$ING nuts but...%$#@&*^(*$ You all know what I mean.

HighPriority 06-21-2007 03:53 PM

Hey there old friend, your have been deeply missed at the races this year. I hope and pray things with your family get better real soon. Keep your head up (something people are telling me too), and we will see you soon.

georgeeisenhart 06-21-2007 07:46 PM

Warren, All the offshore teams I,ve talked to, that have been tossed out, tell me it,s the fault of the throttle man.since we are running a Joker power boat as well what advice could you give Tyler as I don,t swimm.Happy your doing better. GrumpyG

HighPriority 06-21-2007 08:01 PM

George The only advice I can give is GOOD LUCK, you will need it.

ScottB 06-21-2007 08:29 PM

Its always the drivers fault:evilb:

GARBAGEMAN 06-21-2007 09:37 PM
