Default Nice Work OPA

To all who were involved in this weekend's race in St.Clare, you all did an outstanding job by putting on a very professional well orchestrated event! The streets were lined with vendors, spectators and racers for three solid days! Great job!

Steve Brunner and his Blue Water Offshore Racing Association along with OPA did one heck of a job with every aspect of the weekend from getting the racers there, running an organized safe race, making it fan friendly with lots of fun even for non race fans as well. The two organizations seemed to figure out how to get the town to support the performers instead of making the performers pay and arm and a let to entertain the crowds. Way to go guys everyone I talked to gives it a

The previous OSO members have said it all. The 13th Annual St. Clair River Classic was a Hugh success. Thanks to BWORA, the people of the City of St. Clair, OPA, OPS, OSS members who attended, AMF Offshore Racing and every racer, sponsor, vendor and volunteer who help make this race a success. See ya next year.

this is just one small example of how the city rolled out the welcome mat, when some friends from OH parked the attendents made a big fuss over them and said, wow you came from OH, thank you SO MUCH for coming to St.Clair, this made a big impression on them and they are already talking about coming back next year. Steve if you read this please be sure to tell whoever is over the volunteers in that area what a nice way that was to make someone feel welcome.
